THE AUDITION EXPERIENCE

The Global Synergy Forum for Women Audition Tour is a unique opportunity for established and emerging women leaders to showcase their vision on a global platform. Modeled after performance auditions but designed for leadership excellence, our city events feature:

  • Lightning Pitch Presentations: 6-minute in-person or 3-minute virtual presentations
  • Distinguished Judges: Feedback from influential local women leaders
  • Panel Discussions: Engaging conversations on leadership topics
  • Valuable Networking: Connections with fellow visionaries
  • Winner Selection: Top presenters advance to our main global forum

All participants receive feedback, visibility, and connections regardless of selection outcome.

THE FORMAT -The Experience in 3 Steps

Each audition is a closed event for Upto 20 participants and guests. Format includes:

  • 1. Lightning Pitch Sessions
  • - In-person: 6 minutes | Virtual: 3 minutes
  • 2. Judge Panel & presentations – sharing leadership insights
  • 3. Networking Reception – closing

Selection Criteria: Clarity, impact, leadership presence, GSFW values alignment, global contribution potential.
Five winners per city and advance to the November 2025 Forum.
